摘要
优化了某增压非直喷四缸汽油机进气道结构,并在气道稳流试验台和发动机性能试验台架上进行了相关试验研究。试验结果表明:通过减小进气道的倾斜角(特别是α角)可提高缸内空气运动的滚流强度,但同时也会降低其流量系数;增强缸内滚流运动可以加快火焰传播速度和燃烧速率,从而改善燃烧过程,提高发动机的动力性,降低不同转速下中高负荷时的燃油消耗率,其中在转速2 000 r/min下燃油消耗率降低最大值约为16 g/(kW·h),并且能降低各转速全负荷下的排气温度,降幅约为30~50 ℃,这有助于提高增压器的可靠性及使用寿命。
It optimizes the intake structure of a turbocharged non-direct injection four cylinder gasoline engine, and the related experimental research was carried out on steady flow test bench and engine performance test bench. The test results show that the tilt angle decreased intake (especially the alpha angle) can improve the tumble intensity of air motion in cylinder, but also reduce the flow coefficient. The tumble motion enhancement in cylinder can speed up the flame propagation velocity and combustion rate, thereby improving the combustion process; reducing the fuel consumption rate under high load at different speed, mostly decreasing about 16 g/(kW[h) under part load at the speed of 2 000 r/min. It reduces all the speed of the exhaust temperature under full load, decreasing the range of about 30 ℃~50 ℃. This will help improving the reliability and the service life of turbocharger.
