摘要
为研究不同纤维含量对HRB500级钢筋RPC无腹筋梁抗剪性能的影响,制作了4根除铜纤维含量不同外其余配置均相同的试验梁,进行四分点加载试验。通过观察试验现象,以及对加载过程中挠度等数据进行分析,得出铜纤维含量对HRB500级钢筋RPC无腹筋梁抗剪承载力与剪切延性的影响规律。试验结果表明:当钢纤维含量由0提高到3%,构件抗剪承载力明显提高,结合RPC材料自身力学特性以及构件试验表现来看,其最优含量应介于2%~3%之间。当钢纤维含量较低时,RPC与高配筋率的HRB500级纵筋在抗剪性能上相互不匹配,材料特性没有充分发挥。
To study the effect of different steel fiber content on the shear strength and ductility of HRB500 reinforced RPC beam without web reinforcement, four specimens which had the same form except steel fiber content were tested under three dividing point loading test. The whole test process was observed. The beam's deflection was analyzed. The change regulation of the beam's shear strength and ductility was drawn. The test results show that, the shear strength of beams was improved significantly when the steel fiber content was increased from 0 to 3%. Combined with the mechanical properties of RPC and the performance of beams, the optimal content of steel fiber should be between 2%-3%. When the steel fiber content was low and the reinforcement ratio was high, RPC did not matched with HRB500 reinforcement each other and the material properties of RPC were not full utilized.
