摘要
输送带张力的竖直分量被认为是干扰皮带秤重力测量的重要因素,而该因素的随机性又导致要想找到确定的补偿系数十分困难,从而严重影响了皮带秤的准确度、稳定性和耐久性。用多个称重单元连续不间断串行排布构成的阵列具有自补偿机制,能够对在阵列内部所产生的皮带张力的竖直分量影响相互抵消,大大降低皮带秤的"皮带效应"影响。
the belt tension of the vertical component is considered as an important factor of disturbance belt scale gravity measurement, and the random factors lead to find compensation coefficient is very difficult, which seriously affects the accuracy, stability and durability of belt scale. With multiple weighing units continuously arranged a serial array with self compensation mechanism, can influence on the vertical component of the belt tension generated in the internal array offset each other, greatly reduce the belt scale belt effect.
