采精频率对杜洛克种公猪精液品质及精浆离子成分的影响 被引量:5

摘要 本研究旨在探索采精频率对成年杜洛克种公猪精液品质和精浆离子成分所造成的影响,初步确定最佳的采精频率,为实际生产中进行合理的采精频率提供参考依据。试验选用8头遗传因素相近的成年杜洛克种公猪(24月龄),按照不同的采精间隔将采精频率分为5个阶段,分别为每间隔120 h采精一次,重复采精3次;休息1周后,每间隔96 h采精一次,重复采精3次;休息1周后,每间隔72 h采精一次,重复采精3次。以此类推,直到采精间隔为24 h一次为止。结果表明:随着采精频率的提高,精子的密度、活力、总精子数3个指标均呈现出先上升后下降的变化趋势,且这3个指标均在采精频率为1次/72 h时达到最大;Mg^(2+)、Ca^(2+)、Zn^(2+)、Cu^(2+)等4种离子的浓度都呈现出先上升后下降的变化趋势,K+的浓度呈现缓慢上升趋势,且Mg^(2+)、Zn^(2+)、Cu^(2+)等3种离子的浓度均在采精频率为1次/72 h时达到最大,Ca^(2+)的浓度在采精频率为1次/96 h时达到最大。结果显示,成年杜洛克种公猪的最佳采精频率为1次/72 h,Mg^(2+)、Ca^(2+)、Zn^(2+)、Cu^(2+)、K+等离子元素与精液质量呈显著相关。 This experiment was conducted to study the effect of semen collection frequency on the semen quality and the ion composition in boars, preliminary determine the best frequency of ejaculations, and to provide a reasonable frequency of ejaculations for the actual production. A total of 8 Duroc boars (24 months of age) with similar genitic factors were selected in the experiment . The semen-collection frequency was divied into 5 different stages on the base of different semen collection interval, collecting once per interval 120 h with 3 replicates; afterrest one week, collecting once per interval 96 h with 3replicates; afterrest one week, collecting once per interval 24 h with 3replicates. The rest can be done in the same manner, until the semen collection interval of 24 h. With the improvement of frequency of ejaculations, thesperm density, vitality and the total number of sperm all showed up a trend of Gaussian distribution , and the three indexes reached a peak at the frequency of ejaculations for 72 h ; the concentration of Mg^2+, Ca^2+, Zn^2+, Cu^2+ presented a trend of Gaussian distribution, but the concentration of K^+ was a slow downward trend. Moreover, the concentration of Mg^2+, Zn^2+, Cu^2+ reached a peak at the frequency of ejaculations for 72 h, but the concentration of Ca〉 reached a peak at the frequency of ejaculations for 96 h. The most appropriate frequency of ejaculations for adult Duroc boars is the interval of 72 h; Mg^2+, Ca^2+, Zn^2+, Cu^2+, K^+ presented a significant correlation with the semen quality.
