摘要
研究以水泥为稳定剂的沥青路面冷再生基层材料的组成设计,对旧沥青路面材料以及掺加新料进行分析,确定几种新、旧料掺配比例。通过击实试验确定再生混合料的最佳含水率和最大干密度,采用7 d无侧限抗压强度试验确定掺配比例和水泥用量。最后对劈裂强度、抗压回弹模量等力学性能进行分析。结果表明:当旧料与新料(粒径10~30 mm)的掺配比例为80∶20、水泥稳定中粗粒土中水泥的质量分数为5%时再生混合料强度较高,符合经济性要求,且具有良好的力学性能。
The composition design of cold recycled base materials of asphalt pavement with cement as stabilizer is studied. The old asphalt pavement materials and new materials is analyzed and the several blending ratios of new materials and old materials is confirmed. The optimum water content and maximum dry density of recycled mixture are determined by compaction test. The 7 d unconfined compression test is used to determine the blending ratio and the amount of required cement. Finally,the mechanical properties such as splitting strength and compressive resilient modulus are analyzed. The results show that,when the blending ratio of old material and new material( 10 ~ 30 mm) is 80∶20 and the mass fraction of cement is 5% in the mixed material,the strength of recycled mixture is high. Under these conditions, it is also economic with good mechanical properties.
