“供给侧改革”思维下的高职院校师德师风现状及对策研究

Research on Higher Vocational Colleges Teachers' Morality Status and Countermeasures under the Thinking of "Supply-front Reforms"

通过实证调查,运用"供给侧改革"思维,从需求侧主体(学生)出发,了解分析当前供给侧主体(教师)师德师风现状,找出当前高职院校师德师风存在的突出问题和主要影响因素,并提出师德师风建设的对策。

Through empirical investigation and by using the thinking of ＂ supply -front reforms＂, the paper, from the main body of the demand side （students） , studies and analyzes the present morality situation of main body of supply side （teachers） , finds out the outstanding problems existing in current higher vocational colleges teachers＇morality and main affecting factors, and puts forward some counter measures for the construction of teachers＂ morality.
