摘要
本文在对英国诺丁汉大学的法律英语课程的全程课堂观察以及对6名不同学历层次的中国留学生和授课教师Cora Lindsay博士的访谈的基础上,探索了法律英语教学模式。基于与学生和授课教师的访谈分析,文章从课程定位、教学形式、教学内容和教学评估方面提出了推进我国法律英语教学的建议。
This study, by class observation and interviews with six Chinese oversea students and the instructor of the module, explores the teaching mode of Legal English in the university of Nottingham （UK）. Based on the analysis of interviews, the paper makes some suggestions in China＇s Legal English teaching from aspects of course orientation, instruction form, teaching content and evaluation.
