摘要
增强现实(AR)技术是借助视觉、听觉、触感、加速度等感官通道,建立起一套接近于现实的虚拟仿真环境,并与现实环境进行匹配融合,为体验者提供信息交互的一类技术。高等院校在教育教学活动中越来越多地采用实践教学的模式,强调学生的体验和参与。增强现实技术为教育教学提供了全新的可能性,一方面拓展了教学环境,将校园内外不同物理空间的内容编辑制作为AR内容,可以广泛应用于小班或大班教学中;另一方面能够将一些不适于进行实体交互的内容,通过AR仿真,让学生亲身参与体验,甚至交互。该文以清华大学i Center在工程实践教学以及创新创业教育方面应用AR的规划及案例,探讨在未来课堂中应用AR新技术的前景。
Augmented reality(AR)use visual, auditory, tectile, spatial cognition channels to build a simulated environment and to integrate the environment with the real world, where users can have various kinds of interactions. As practical, hands-on, experiential learning activities are included in more courses in higher education, AR can be used in a wider range of scenarios. On one hand, AR can help extend the learning context, connecting different physical spaces to a classroom. On the other, some interactions with tangible objectives that are not applicable to classrooms can be converted to virtual interactions where students can experience. In this article, we will discuss about how to apply AR technologies into higher education, based on the experience in Tsinghua University.
