摘要
随着信息化、网络化、智能化、大数据时代的到来,人类社会的生产方式、生活方式、工作方式发生了深刻的变革。这种变革对教育领域产生了深刻的影响,孕育了教育教学方式的转变。该文以教育部在全国实施的"全国中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程"为切入点,分析了山西省中小学教师信息技术应用能力的现状,剖析了影响该工程实施的主要原因,提出了做好山西省中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程的初步对策。
After entering the new century, informatization, network, intelligence and big data have come, which bring us a revolution that influencing on education, and transformation of teaching and learning model. Starting from the national Project of information Technology Capability Improvement. This study analyzes status and problem of implementation in Shanxi Province, and evaluates the key factors that will impact the deployment of the this project, and gives preliminary suggestions on key initiatives to improve information technology capability of Shanxi middle and primary school teachers.
