摘要
以南水北调中线干线工程某渠道项目施工为例,研究了影响大型渠道机械化衬砌施工资源消耗与施工直接成本的因素。在正常作业条件下,根据施工日志记录施工情况,综合考虑季节、衬砌机转坡吊装等因素,重点研究了典型的CDM07型振动滚筒式衬砌机、SCFM07型滑模衬砌机衬砌工效及大型渠道机械化衬砌施工成本的构成,并计算了衬砌施工直接成本及资源消耗。基于现有条件,提出了南水北调工程标段划分的合理性建议及大型渠道机械化衬砌施工企业直接成本定额水平,为国内承包商制定其内部定额,提高国际工程竞争水平提供了重要参考。
By taking the construction of a canal project for the South-to-North Water Tranfer Project as the study case, the factors of both the resources consumptions and the direct costs from the construction of the mechanized lining of the large-scale canal are studied herein. Under the normal working conditions, the lining efficiencies of CDM07 vibration drum lining machine and SCFM07 slipform lining machine as well as the cost constitution of the mechanized lining of large-scale canal are emphatically studied with comprehensive consideriation of the factors of the seasons, shifting and lifting of hning machines, etc. in accordance with the actual construction conditions recorded in the construction diary concerned, while both the direct costs and the resources consumptions of the lining construction are calculated as well Based on the existing conditions, the resonable suggestions for the division of tender sections of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project and the quota levels of the direct costs for the construction enterprises of the mechanized lining of large-scale canal are proposed, which provide some important references for the domestic contractors to make their internal construction quotas and then enhance their competence levels for the overseas projects.
