摘要
为实现高灵敏度的电磁波能量收集,提出了一种采用前端变压器的射频电磁波能量收集器。该电路具有一个前端变压器和18级整流器,可使收集电路与一个标准的50天线相匹配,同时提供电压增益,从而减少了18级整流器的"死区"。设计的电路采用了标准130-nm CMOS工艺,面积为200μm×250μm。实验结果表明,提出的能量收集器电路能够与50Ω天线相匹配,且具有-25 d Bm灵敏度。
In order to achieve high sensitivity of electromagnetic wave energy collection, a new energy collector with RF electromagnetic wave is presented. The circuit has a front end transformer and a 18 stage rectifier, which can make the collection circuit match with a standard 50 antenna, while providing a voltage gain, thereby reducing the "dead zone"of the 18 stage rectifier. The circuit is design with a 130-rim CMOS standard process.Area is 200 μm× 250 μm. The experimental results show that the proposed circuit, the energy collector matches with 50 Ω antenna matching with the sensitivity of -25 dBm.
