摘要
科氏流量计的零点漂移问题是制约产品测量精度和性能稳定性的主要瓶颈。文章研究了振子的平衡特性(包括:激振器位置不对称、检测器位置不对称、定距板位置不对称、测量管附加质量不对称和测量管体积不对称等)对零点的影响,对导致科氏流量计振子不平衡的因素进行了仿真分析和实验分析,获得了随着振子不平衡的加剧零点的变化趋势,对科氏流量计的结构设计和性能参数改善提供理论指导。
The problem of zero drift of Coriolis Mass Flowmeter(CMF)is one of the main constraints to the productsin the measurement of accuracy and performance stability. This paper studied the influence of the balance character-istics of oscillator to zero,including asymmetry of exciter position,asymmetry of detector position,asymmetry offixed-pitch plate position,asymmetry of additional mass in the measuring tube and asymmetry of volume of measur-ing tube. Besides,this paper also conducted a few simulation analyses and experimental analyses to the factors re-sulting in unbalanced of the oscillator of CMF,obtaining the trend of zero value with the intensification of imbalanc-es of oscillator,Analyses in this paper can provide theoretical guidance for the design and the performance parame-ters to improve of CMF.
