摘要
本文通过调查我国古籍修复人才培养的3种模式及天津地区古籍修复人才培养现状,分析了天津地区机构联合培养古籍修复人才的必要性与可行性,从资源共享、分层次培养和古籍再生开发利用等3个方面提出机构联合培养古籍修复人才的策略,以期为我国古籍修复人才培养提供新的模式借鉴。
Based on the investigation of the status of ancient books repairing talent training in Tianjin, and three kinds of modes of ancient books re- pairing talent training in China, this paper analyses the necessity and feasibility of institution cooperation in ancient books repairing talent training in Tianjin. It presents the methods from resource sharing, hierarchical caltivation and the regeneration, development and utilization of ancient books, in order to provide new model reference for the ancient books repairing talent training in China.
