铬酸钠制备六水三氯化铬工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 现有六水三氯化铬工业生产方法为铬酸酐还原法,生产成本高,且生产环境恶劣,工序流程长。采用铬酸钠经反应直接制备六水三氯化铬,研究考察了反应熟化时间、盐酸加入量、不同还原剂及还原剂加入量对反应效果的影响。结果表明:当熟化时间为4 h,还原剂为甲醇,盐酸加入量为理论用量的1.5倍时,制备出的六水三氯化铬质量可以达到行业优等品要求,且成本较铬酸酐法大幅降低。 The payable productio n process of CrCl_3·6H_2O is a reduction method with using chromic anhydride.It has many disadvantages,such as high cost,heavy pollution,and cockamamie process flow.The chromium( Ⅲ) chloride hexahydrate was prepared by sodium chromate directly.The influences of maturation time,quantity of hydrochloric acid,reductant,and its quantity on reaction effect were investigated.Results showed that when maturation time was 4 h,reductant was methanol,the quantity of hydrochloric acid was 1.5 times as great as theory quantity,the quality of chromium( Ⅲ) chloride hexahydrate could meet the quality requirement of professional premium grade of industry standard,and the cost can be decreased greatly amplitude as the cost of preparation by chromic anhydride.
