和气生财?内部社会资本对团队成员创造力的倒U型影响 被引量:6

Does Harmony Bring Wealth? The Inversed-U Effect of Internal Social Capital on Team Member Creativity

摘要 社会资本是影响创造力的重要因素之一,但是它们2者之间的关系一直没有得到统一的研究结论。基于个体与情境交互作用理论,构建了内部社会资本、创造力自我效能感及创造力支持影响团队成员创造力的概念模型。以项目团队为研究对象,通过多层回归分析对概念模型加以实证。结果表明,内部社会资本对团队成员创造力的影响呈现倒U型关系;创造力自我效能感与创造力支持显著正向影响团队成员创造力的同时,在内部社会资本影响团队成员创造力关系中扮演调节效应。 Social capital has an important influence to creativity, but there is no certain conclusion about the relationship between them. Based on individual and situational interaction theory, the conceptual model of the impact internal social, creative self-efficacy and creativity support on team member creativity is constructed. The conceptual model is verified by multilevel analysis taking the project team as the research object. Empirical analysis results are as follows. On the one hand, the impact of internal social capital on team member creativity has an inverted-U type relationship; on the other hand, creative self-efficacy and creativity support are significantly positive impact team member creativity, and they play moderating effect in the relationship between internal social capital and team member creativity.
