IVF-ET诱发肾上腺皮质腺瘤1例并文献复习

摘要 体外受精-胚胎移植技术（IVF-ET）是治疗各种原因引起不孕不育症的主要手段,临床应用前景广阔.辅助生殖过程中大量激素类药物的应用在提高临床妊娠率的同时可能会干扰正常的内分泌系统,其安全性不容忽视.本院收治1例行IVF-ET治疗诱发肾上腺皮质腺瘤的患者,目前国内外未见类似报道,通过文献复习,我们认为IVF-ET治疗有诱发肾上腺皮质腺瘤的潜在风险,需要进一步关注生殖药物引发的副作用,探索更安全、个性化的治疗方案以减少并发症的发生,同时建议特殊人群行IVF-ET治疗期间监测午夜唾液皮质醇及肾上腺彩超变化.
