端粒、端粒酶基因突变在膀胱癌中的研究进展

摘要端粒、端粒酶在肿瘤的发生发展及结局中扮演着重要的角色,尤其是端粒酶启动子区域的突变对肿瘤影响至关重要,在大部分肿瘤中能检测到该区域的突变.膀胱癌是泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,本文旨在总结现阶段端粒、端粒酶与膀胱癌之间关系的研究现状.
