TLR4与急性肾损伤的关系研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 急性肾损伤（AKI）发病机制复杂且缺乏有效的药物治疗.Toll样受体4（TLR4）是固有免疫系统中的病原模式识别受体之一,通过识别并结合革兰阴性杆菌细胞壁成分脂多糖,激活信号转导通路.TLR4信号通路激活后释放多种炎症介质如肿瘤坏死因子α、白细胞介素1（IL-1）、白细胞介素6（IL-6）介导急性肾损伤的发生.因此TLR4信号通路可成为治疗急性肾损伤的新靶点,本文重点就TLR4介导的信号通路与急性肾损伤的关系作一综述.
