双源CT在复杂性肛瘘诊断及治疗中的价值

Value of Dual-source CT in diagnosis and treatment of complex anal fistula

目的探讨双源CT在复杂性肛瘘临床诊断及治疗中的作用。方法对38例肛瘘患者双源CT成像检查,评价肛周脓肿范围,瘘管及内口数量、位置、分支情况,并与手术记录数据进行对比分析。结果对38例复杂性肛瘘患者的双源CT检查的图像资料进行分析,均清晰显示瘘管内口、外口及走行情况;其中内口、外口、主管及支管数目分别为53、42、39、63,与手术记录符合率分别为94.6%、100%、97.5%、94.0%,23例合并肛周脓肿;双源CT发现肛瘘情况与手术术中所见基本一致,P>0.05。结论双源CT检查能准确清晰显示肛周脓肿范围、肛瘘瘘管及内口数量、位置、分支情况,为临床诊断及治疗手术方式的选择提供可靠依据,有重要临床价值。

Objective To investigate the value of Dual-source CT in the diagnosis and treatment of anal fistula. Methods Totally 38 patients with complex anal fistula had taken the examination of dual-source CT,evaluating the branches of fistula,the results and the data of operation record were analyzed comparatively. Results The imaging of 38 patients with anal fistula were clearly displayed the endostoma of fistula,the findings of dual-source CT were consistent with the data of surgery,P 〉 0. 05. Conclusion Dual-source CT can clearly display the scope of the perianal abscess,the branch of the fistula and the number,location of the endostoma,which has important clinical value in diagnosis and surgical treatment of complex anal fistula.
