摘要
目的探究使用针刺的方法来治疗老年性痴呆的临床效果。方法选取2015年6月到2015年12月期间来我院接受诊疗的符合研究标准且无特殊禁忌症的50名老年性痴呆患者并将其分为两组,每组各25人。其中对观察组的25名患者使用中医的针刺疗法,对照组则采用常规的药物治疗。结果两组患者经治疗后ADL和症状计分都有明显的降低,但是在某些方面,观察组患者的情况却要优于对照组。结论采用针刺的方法治疗老年性痴呆具有一定的临床疗效。可以尝试推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture therapy in senile dementia. Methods From Jun.2015 to Dec. 2015 totally 50 patients in our hospital were divided into two groups,each 25 patients. Patients in observation group treated with acupuncture therapy,and control group patients were treated by conventional medical treatment.Results After treatment,the ADL score and symptom score in two groups significantly reduced,but the situation of patients in observation group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion Acupuncture therapy in senile dementia has curative effect,it is worth popularizing.
