急性特发性视神经炎的治疗效果观察

Clinical therapeutic effect of acute idiopathic optic neuritis

目的观察急性特发性视神经炎的临床表现和治疗效果。方法使用糖皮质激素等药物治疗急性特发性视神经炎患者32例51眼,观察视力恢复情况等治疗效果,随访观察6个月以上。结果显效35眼(77.78%),有效8眼(17.78%),无效2眼(4.44%),总有效率为95.56%。治疗期间的副作用主要为高血糖1例(3.57%)和高血压3例(10.71%),病情均可控制。结论及时使用糖皮质激素等药物治疗急性特发性视神经炎疗效明显,方法安全。

Objective To observe the clinical manifestations and treatment effect of acute idiopathic optic neuritis.Methods Totally 28 cases（ 45 eyes） with acute idiopathic optic neuritis were treated with compound glococorticoids and other drugs,and the curative effect wrer observed. Follow-up 6 months above. Results Totally 35 eyes（ 77. 78%）were markedly effective,8 eyes（ 17. 78%） were valid,2 eyes（ 4. 44%） were invalid. The total effective rate was95. 56%. Side effects during the treatment were high blood sugar in one case（ 3. 57%） and hypertension in 3 cases（ 10. 71%）,patient＇s condition can be controlled. Conclusion The therapy efficacy of compound glucocorticoid and other drugs for acute idiopathic optic neuritis is obvious,the method is safe.
