窦道型慢性根尖周炎根管一次治疗与常规根管治疗方法对比分析

Contrastive analysis of one-time treatment and multiple-time treatment therapy in fistula type apical periodontitis

目的分析"窦道型"慢性根尖周炎根管一次性治疗组中使用超声波荡洗消毒根管的疗效与多次治疗中使用Ca(OH)2消毒根管的疗效。方法选取患者130例,患牙130颗。将患者随机分成两组,一次性治疗组65例,多次组65例。一次性治疗组在根管治疗中使用超声波荡洗消毒根管,多次性治疗组在根管治疗中使用Ca(OH)2消毒根管。术后观察临床疗效。结果术后两周观察两组患者窦道均消失或缩小,6个月、一年后回访,根尖阴影均消失或缩小。结论一次性治疗组根管治疗与常规多次性治疗组治疗无明显差异,无统计学意义。(P>0.05)。

Objective To analyze of curative effects of one-time treatment group used ultrasonic washing disinfection of root canal and the multiple-time treatment group use of calcium hydroxide in fistula-type apical periodontitis. Methods Totally 130 patients,130 teeth were selected. Patients were randomly divided into two groups： The one-time treatment group（ 65）,multiple-time treatment group（ 65）. The former using ultrasonic washing disinfection root canal disinfection,and the latter using calcium hydroxide. Postoperative curative effect were observed. Results Sinus of the two groups of patients were observed disappearing or narrow after two weeks treatment. Root tip of shadow were observed disappearing or narrow after six months or one year. Conclusion There was no significant difference of curative effects between one-time treatment group and multiple-time treatment group.
