应用椎间孔镜BEIS技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨应用椎间孔镜BEIS技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效。方法将88例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分成两组。研究组给予椎间孔镜BEIS技术实施外科手术;对照组经传统椎板开窗减压髓核摘除术治疗。记录两组患者手术前后疼痛程度及功能障碍变化情况、治疗情况、不良反应发生率。结果研究组手术时间显著多于对照组,但其术中出血量、术后住院时间则显著少于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前后VAS、ODI评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组不良反应发生率仅为9.09%,显著低于对照组不良反应发生率34.09%(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者经椎间孔镜BEIS技术治疗后可获得满意疗效及预后,有利于患者尽快恢复健康。
