以上消化道出血为首发症状的抗中性粒细胞胞质抗体相关性小血管炎二例
摘要
例1，患者，男性，55岁，因“乏力、纳差、腹胀1个月，便血1周”，于2015年3月4日入院。患者于2015年2月出现乏力、间断性发热、纳差、上腹胀痛、消瘦，行胃镜检查提示，胃多发溃疡伴炎症。口服洛赛克、阿莫西林、替硝唑，症状缓解不明显。于2015年2月25日出现黑便，大便潜血（＋＋＋＋），以上消化道出血收入院。
