系统性红斑狼疮合并脊髓炎的临床研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）是多种自身抗体导致不同靶器官损害为特点的慢性复发一缓解性自身免疫病。1999年美国风湿病学会（ACR）发表神经精神狼疮（NPSLE）“命名和病例定义”，2012年国际狼疮研究临床协作组（SLICC）重新修订SLE分类标准，将神经精神损害仅指痫性发作和精神病，扩展为包括多发性单神经炎、脊髓炎、周围或颅神经病变和急性狂乱状态等。本文重点探讨SLE合并脊髓炎的临床特点。
