依法治疆视阈下教师法律素质探析

On the Legal Quality of Teachers in Xinjiang

教师承担着立德树人、教书育人的神圣职责,在全面推进依法治疆建设法治新疆的过程中具有重要作用。新疆教师法律素质的基本要求包括掌握法律知识、树立法律意识、运用法律能力。要充分认识教师法律素质的地位,立足新疆区情,突出新疆特色,加强对教师的法制宣传教育;要注重在实践中提高教师法律素质;要坚持法治教育与道德教育相结合;要逐步形成一套行之有效的考核评价机制,使教师法律素质培养和提高规范化、制度化和常态化。

Teachers take high moral values and people cultivation as the fundamental task of education, impart knowledge and educate people, and thus have an important role to play in promoting the rule of law in Xinjiang. The basic legal quality required of the teachers in Xinjiang the mastery of legal knowledge, the establishment of legal awareness and the ability to apply the law. Work must be done to fully understand the status of legal quality of teachers by understanding the situation in Xinjiang and highlighting the characteristics of Xinjiang, to strengthen the legal education for teachers, to focus on improving the legal quality of the teachers in practice, to stick to the combination of legal education and moral education, and to gradually form a set of effective performance appraisal system in order to standardize, institutionalize and normalize the teachers’ legal quality education and improvement.
