以情纬物,藉思成理:论陆云赋的艺术

On Lu Yun's Prose

如果说陆机以情境胜,以文辞胜,以诗笔写赋,格调偏于沉郁,那么陆云则以理境胜,以结构胜,诗赋界限判然,其格调偏于上扬。陆云赋的物象描摹,无论是平面静态抑或立体动态,无论是大处落笔抑或细处渲染,有层叠铺排,却绝少繁缛,用笔清省,又简约有致;藉物言理,叙述说理,因景寓理,则是陆云赋以情纬物、藉思成理的三种基本方式,情、景、理生生互证,构成了其独特的理境;注意"转句"与"结"的起承关合,文句之间的"流泽""无间",杜绝"言语流行断绝"等,又使其赋的艺术结构主旨突出而严谨有序。

Lu Ji’s fu（descriptive prose interspersed with verse） was successful in creating atmospheres, using words and composing poems. His fu was generally in a depressing style. Lu Yun, in contrast, succeeded in applying rationality, creating structures distinguished clearly between fu and poetry--- with an upturn flying style. The image depiction by Lu Yun, statically or dynamically, generally or specifically, was neatly arranged without over-elaboration---concise and simple. To convey truths in the name of things, to express truths by narration and to imply truths in scenes were his three basic ways of fu writing. Feelings, scenes and truths were mutually corroborated--- making a unique integration. Paying attention to the structural link between sentences and to the seamless flow of sentences highlighted the gist with a strict and orderly structure.
