摘要
通过优化工艺流程,提高溶出乏汽利用效率、开发蒸发原液闪蒸技术、应用专利产品——在线切换阀、回收焙烧后氧化铝余热、应用脱水剂等新工艺、新技术、新设备,实现了氧化铝能耗的降低,进而提高氧化铝生产企业的竞争力。
Through optimization process flow, improving utilization efficiency of exhausted steam, development raw liquor flash evaporation technology, the application of new process, new technology and new equipment, such as the patent product of switching valve on line, recovering alumina waste heat after calcining and application of dehydrating agent, the energy consumption in Bayer process is reduced which will enhance competitiveness of alumina enterprises.
