摘要
针对回转窑内衬使用寿命短的问题,阐述了国内某厂在引进的METSO石油焦煅烧回转窑内衬设计及砌筑方式上,综合国内外技术经验,使回转窑内衬的安全稳定运行累计超过1500天的成功实践,进一步提出了延长寿命的建议。
In this paper in order to solve the problem which the service life of rotary kiln lining is short, based on expounding the lining design and masonry of MESTSO petroleum coke calcining rotary kiln imported in a domestic factory, combining with technology experiences both at home and abroad, the practice that rotary kiln lining is safely and stably operating for more than 1500 days accumulated is introduced, and the suggest to extend the life is pro- posed.
