All patients received rehabilitation nursing and education. Control group with conventional rehabilitation training, but experimental group patients received group rehabilitation therapy for four weeks. Then, after four weeks, anxiety and depression as well as ADL score were compaired between two groups. Results In observation group, the mood of anxiety and depression were significant improvement after intervention(P〈0.05).The score of daily life activity after the intervention in the two groups were obviously higher than that before the intervention(P〈0.05).The score of daily life activity after the intervention in the observation group was obviously higher than that of control group(P〈0.01).Conclusion Four weeks group rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve patients' anxiety and depression as well as improve the ADL.Group rehabilitation therapy is a practical and effective treatment, and provides patients with a positive, pleasant and rich environment as well as provides a new idea for stroke rehabilitation.
