摘要
及时诊断出桥梁健康监测系统中传感器故障及确定传感器发生故障的精确时刻,可以有效地降低系统虚假报警率、保障系统正常运行。通过分析桥梁传感器故障演变过程,建立了数据标准化残差模型,在该模型基础上提出了一种基于数据标准化残差分析的故障时间定位算法,该算法以传感器采集数据的残差偏离量化值对故障进行判定,从而对传感器故障时间进行定位。以系统中常见的挠度传感器作为研究对象,针对工程中常见的常值故障、固定偏差、精度下降、漂移故障4种故障类型进行了仿真实验。实验结果表明,该方法对挠度传感器4种故障的时间定位精度有较大幅度的提高。
To diagnosis sensor faults in time and determine the moments of fault occmTence are significant for the safety of bridge structural monitoring system. After analyzing the evolution process of the bridge sensor faults, a data normalized residual model is established. And a fault location algorithm based on the data normalized residual analysis is proposed. In this algorithm, the sensor data is used to identify the faults and locate the sensor fault occurrence time. The deflection sensor is utilized to simulate four types of failures, which are constant faults, droop faults, accuracy decreasing faults and drift faults. The experimental results indicate that the proposed method can improve the accuracy of the fault time orientation.
