和平共处五项原则的话语权分析——兼论当代中国外交话语权的发展

An Analysis on the Discourse Power of the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence——Also on the Development of the Discourse Power of Contemporary China's Diplomacy

近年来,随着一系列关于国际格局、全球治理等外交话语的提出,中国在国际社会的话语权问题备受关注。本文试图提出从话语到话语权形成的分析框架,并以此对和平共处五项原则话语权的产生进行分析,探讨话语权产生背后的话语因素。以此为基础,本文对当前中国外交话语权问题进行反思,提出要在找准自身定位的基础上,注重外交话语发展的包容性可沟通性,把握时代进步性,同时增强话语的实践性,推动中国外交话语体系的完善与发展,进而扩大中国的外交话语权。

In recent years, with the appearance of a series of diplomatic discourse on the international pattern and global governance, China＇s discourse power in the international community has attracted much attention. This paper tries to put forward an analysis framework from the discourse to the formation of discourse power, and analyzes the generation of the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence. On this basis, this paper reflects on the current problems of China＇s dip- lomatic discourse power and sugguests that China should find its own positioning, focus on the inclusiveness and communication capability in the development of diplomatic discourse. At the same time, China should strengthen the practice of discourse, promote and improve the development of China＇s diplomatic discourse system and expand its diplomatic discourse power.
