摘要
本文主要针对电梯125%额定载荷试验的目的、方法以及目前常见误区进行分析,阐述及论证,通过详细计算及分析确定125%额定载荷试验时轿厢滑移距离要求,分析该试验针对的电梯工况其安全性、可靠性状况,通过参考文献、标准、资料以及实际电梯原理论证该试验的目的,最终得出检验该项目更加便捷可行的试验方法,用于指导对电梯安全检验时125%额定载荷下行制动器试验的方法及判定原则。
This paper aims at analyzing, expounding and demonstrating the purpose and the method of the test of elevator's 125% rated load, and the common misconceptions at present. Through detailed calculation and analysis,it determines the distance requirements for the glide of lift car on the test of 125% rated load. The paper analyzes the experiment on the elevator condition of its safety and reliability, and demonstrates the purpose of the experiment by references, standards, data, and practical principle of the elevator. Finally, it finds out a more convenient and feasible method to test the project, which is used to guide the methods and judging principles of test of 125% rated load downward brake when elevator safety is inspected.
