益肤丸的薄层色谱鉴别

TLC Identification of Yifu Pills

目的:建立益肤丸的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法,分别以对照品或对照药材为对照,对益肤丸中党参、炒白术、白花蛇舌草、柴胡、苦参、黄柏、羌活、独活、白芍、当归十味药材进行定性鉴别。结果:供试品色谱分离度好、斑点清晰,在对照品或对照药材对应位置上显相同颜色的斑点。结论:该方法简便、重复性好、专属性强,可用于益肤丸的质量控制。

Objective： To establish TLC identification methods of Yifu pills. Methods： TLC was used to qualitatively identify Radix Condonopsis, Rhezoma Atractylodes （stir fried）, Herba Hedyotis Diffusae, Radix Bupleuri, Radix Sophorae Flavescentis, Cortex Phellodendri, Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii, Radix Angelicae Pubescentis, Radix Peoniae Alba, Radix Angelicae Sinensis in Yifu Pills comparing with reference substances or control herbs. Results： The chromatograms of the test showed the same colour spots in the same position of the reference substances or the control herbs, and the spots were clear and well separated. Conclusion： This method is simple, repeatable, specific, it could be used for quality control of Yifu Pills.
