耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌耐药机制与分子分型研究进展 被引量:19

摘要 自1961年Jevons首次分离出耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)以来,MRSA在世界各地的感染率和分离率不断增加,目前已成为医院、社区感染的主要病原菌之一。由于MRSA对所有β-内酰胺类抗菌药物(青霉素类、头孢菌素类和碳青霉烯类)均耐药,因此,MRSA也被称为"超级细菌"。由于抗菌药物的不合理使用,导致MRSA耐药谱越来越广,尤其是多重耐药,给临床治疗带来了极大的困难。
