摘要 为了研究颗粒含量及颗粒粒径对氢氧化铝颗粒填充不饱和聚酯树脂(ATH/UPR)阻燃复合材料力学性能的影响,本文利用机械搅拌和超声分散相结合的方式制备了ATH/UPR复合材料试样,再通过力学性能试验测试研究分析了氢氧化铝颗粒含量及颗粒粒径对该复合材料拉伸性能和弯曲性能的影响。结果表明,颗粒含量和颗粒粒径对ATH/UPR复合材料拉伸性能和弯曲性能都有影响,而且颗粒含量的影响作用更加显著。 In order to investigate the effects of the particle content and particle size on the mechanical properties of the unsaturated polyester resin flame retardant composites filled with aluminum hydroxide particles, the ATH/UPR composite samples with different particle content and particle size were fabricated by using the me chanical stirrer and ultrasonic irradiation in the current work. All the samples were test on an electronic univer- sal testing machine to determine the tensile property and flexural property. The results show that both of the tensile property and flexural property are influenced by the particle content and particle size. Besides, it is found that the particle size has much more influence on the modulus of the composites.
