摘要
带传动通过柔性体传递动力与运动,具有振动小、传动平稳等优点。将空间站变重力实验柜中的核心组件——离心机的带传动系统进行多体动力学分析,通过带的离散化建立虚拟样机,进行仿真,获得位移、速度、加速度、拉力、接触力曲线,研究该带传动运动特性,从而为该传动系统的设计和优化提供帮助。
The belt drive system can transfer power and motion by flexible body smoothly and reduce vi- bration. The belt drive system of the centrifuge as the core component for variable gravity experiment in space station is analyzed by multibody system dynamics. The virtual prototype is built by the belt discretization. The curves of displacement, velocity, acceleration, tension, contact are obtained by simulation. The research of dynamic characteristics of belt drive system can offer help for design and optimize.
