摘要
乌鲁木齐石化公司100万t/a加氢裂化装置,对分馏塔侧线抽出流程进行改造,将轻重柴油分离开,使轻柴油单独进入柴油汽提塔,经过蒸汽汽提后通过新增外送管线及空冷冷却后作为低凝柴油组分进入低凝柴油罐区;重柴油自分馏塔盘抽出后经过原设计柴油流程外送至柴油罐区,通过优化调整操作,生产出合格低凝柴油,降低装置能耗,装置增加经济效益2.522万元/h。
