清洗预膜是水处理技术中最为关键的环节之一,它的成功与否直接影响后续循环水处理效果。当某些关键生产设备由于某些原因而导致换热系数降低且无法停车时,清洗预膜工作的难度将会大幅度增加。本文讲述了不停车清洗预膜在国内某钢厂高炉TRT循环冷却水系统的成功应用。

Cleaning and pre film is one of the most important part in water treatment technology. Whether itsucceeds or not directly affects the effect of subsequent circulating water treatment. When the heat transfercoefficient of some key production equipment is decreased due to some reasons and the equipment can＇t bestopped,the difficulty will greatly increase in the work of cleaning and pre film. This paper introduces thesuccessful application of on line cleaning and pre film in TRT circulating cooling water system of a domestic steelblast furnace.
