离心压缩机管道改造设计研究

Study on the design of the pipeline modification of centrifugal compressor

依托天津渤海化工厂压缩机出口管道改造工程,使用CAESAR Ⅱ软件对压缩机出口管道进行受力分析。判断出导致压缩机出口受力过大的原因,通过调整管道支吊架的形式与位置,改善了设备管口的受力,保证了离心压缩机的正常运行。

With the modify project of compressor outlet pipe at Tian Jin Bo Hai chemical plant, the force actingon centrifugal compressor outlet is analyzed by the pipe stress analysis software CAESARⅡ. The reason ofexcessive force on compressor outlet is determined. The acting force on the pipe outlet is improved, throughadjusting pipe supports and location, to assure normal operation of the device.
