摘要
深圳地铁3号线红岭中路站—老街站区间设计为盾构重叠隧道。2条线净距小、夹土层受扰动较大。本文对该区间隧道的施工工序和加固方案进行了有限元数值模拟和对比分析。结果表明:采用"先下后上"工序略优于"先上后下"工序,为减少对夹土层和围岩的扰动建议采用"先下后上"工序施工;夹土层宜采用钢花管注浆加固;上隧道开挖期间下隧道加固采用液压轮式台车方案略优于十字钢支撑方案,在预算允许的条件下建议下隧道加固采用液压轮式台车方案。
The interval between Hongling middle road station and Laojie station in Shenzhen metro line No.3 is designed as the shield overlap tunnels.Due to the small space apart and the large disturbance of clip soil layer,the construction sequence and the reinforcement scheme for this interval tunnel was compared and analysed through finite element numerical simulation.The research results show that "down-hole-first" construction sequence is slightly better than up-hole-first " construction sequence,the construction sequence of down-hole-first" is recommended in order to reduce the disturbance of the clip soil layer and surrounding rock,steel pipe grouting reinforcement is used for the clip soil layer,the hydraulic wheel trolley scheme is better than cross steel support scheme for reinforcing the down hole during the up-hole tunnel excavation,the hydraulic wheel trolley scheme is suggested for down hole reinforcement under the conditions of the budget.
