关角隧道6号斜井施工通风方案优化 被引量:3

摘要 关角隧道是我国目前最长的铁路隧道,采用钻爆法施工,共设置了10座无轨运输斜井,施工中出现了1座斜井承担多个工作面通风的难题。为此,将原设计的压入式通风优化成了中隔板式通风。本文以6号斜井为例,详细介绍了中隔板通风方法、风机的选择、结构的设计以及通风效果。经对比性测试,中隔板式通风效果良好,经济适用,且有利于施工安全。 Guanjiao tunnel is currently the longest railway tunnel in China,constructed with drilling and blasting method.A total of 10 non-rail transport inclined shaft was set up.During construction,there was a difficulty that one inclined shaft was required for ventilation of multiple working places.To solve this problem,the original design was optimized as ventilation using false ceilings.In this paper,No.6 inclined shaft was case-studied.The false ceiling ventilation method /an selection,structure design and ventilation effect were discussed.The test results show that the false ceiling ventilation has good effect.It is an economic and feasible method,ensuring construction safety.
