冲击碾压法在路基增强补压中的应用与参数优化 被引量:4

摘要 从能量角度分析冲击能量与冲击碾压速度的关系,依托路基增强补压冲击碾压现场试验,在试验段不同分段不同埋深设置检测点,通过沉降量、含水率、压实度等指标对不同冲碾遍数和速度下路基压实效果进行评价。结果表明:土体压实效果在一定范围内随冲碾速度和遍数的增加而增强,超过这一范围则效果有所减弱,试验工况下合理的冲碾参数为以11~12 km/h的速度冲碾15~20遍,其中11 km/h+20遍、12 km/h+15遍为最优组合;对比同一断面不同检测指标,该冲碾方式下道路中心压实效果略逊于两侧,建议对道路中心适当增压1~2遍。 The relationship between impact energy and impact rolling speed in terms of energy was analyzed,the detection points were set in different depth segments of the test section based on field test of impact rolling method in additional compaction subgrade,the subgrade compaction effect with different impact rolling time and speed were evaluated by the indicators including the settlement,water content and compaction degree.The results show that the soil compaction effect increases with the impact rolling speed and time increasing within a certain range and the effect reduces a little beyond this range,the reasonable range of impact rolling parameters is 15 ~20 times with the speed of11-12 km/h under test conditions,optimal combination of which are 11 km/h +20 times and 12 km/h + 15 times,and the compaction effect of road center is slightly lower than the effect of both sides in such impact rolling way compared with the different detection index of the same section,which suggested that 1- 2 times should be added for impact rolling of road center.
