我国公共图书馆均衡发展机制研究

Research on the Balanced Development Mechanism of Public Libraries in China

要实现我国公共图书馆均衡发展,必须致力于建立均衡发展的机制。文章从资金投入、基础设施建设、资源与服务、合作与共享、发展动力等方面分析了我国公共图书馆发展失衡的现状,论述了公共图书馆均衡发展机制建设的必要性,介绍了国外公共图书馆均衡发展机制建设的经验,提出了我国公共图书馆均衡发展亟待建立的法律保障机制、标准规范机制、协调发展机制和合作发展机制。

In order to achieve the balanced development of public libraries in China we must work on the balanced development mechanism. This paper analyzes the imbalance development status from the capital investment, infrastructure construction, resource and service, cooperation and sharing, driving force of public libraries in China, discusses the necessity of public library balanced development mechanism construction, and introduces the reference of foreign public library balanced development. At last, authors put forward China needs to establish the legal safeguard mechanism, standard mechanism, coordination development mechanism, cooperation and development mechanism to promote the balanced development of public library.
