摘要
【目的】研究不同钠盐胁迫对德兰臭草(Melica transsilvanica)种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。为德兰臭草对不同种盐胁迫的适应能力以及耐受性提供科学参考。【方法】采用(Na Cl、Na2CO3、Na2SO4、Na HCO3)4种盐试验,通过对发芽率、萌发指数、相对萌发率、相对盐害率、根长、芽长、地上部分鲜重以及株重的测定,比较不同钠盐对其生长的影响。【结果】在4种盐胁迫中,随着Na Cl浓度的增加,发芽率相关指标均呈显著下降,Na Cl在200 mmol/L时就不再萌发;Na2CO3浓度小于10 mmol/L时,种子萌发和生长均受到促进,20 mmol/L时就不再萌发;Na HCO3在小于10 mmol/L时,促进种子萌发和生长,在70 mmol/L时就不再萌发;Na2SO4对德兰臭草种子萌发的影响最小,150 mmol/L时为种子萌发的半致死浓度,在200 mmol/L时种子就不再萌发。【结论】不同盐处理对德兰臭草种子萌发的抑制作用表现为Na2CO3>Na HCO3>Na Cl>Na2SO4。
[ Objective] In order to understand the impact of Melica transsilvanica salts on germination and seedling growth. [ Method ] The experiment was conducted to determine the effect of different concentrations of solution with NaCI, Na2CO3, Na2SO4 and NaHCO3, on germination rate, germination index, relative germination rate, relative salt damage rate, root length, shoot length, shoot fresh weight and plant weight. [ Result ] In the four kinds of salt stress, with the increase of NaC1 concentration, germination rate index decreased significantly, NaC1 will not germinate in 200 retool/L; the concentration of Na2CO3 is less than 10 retool/L, the seed germination and growth would stop when the concentration reached 20mmol/L; When NaHCO3 was in less than I0 retool/L, it could promote the seed germination and there was no longer germination at 70 mmoL/L; Na2SO4 least affected the seed germination of M. transsilvanica, and 150 mmoL/L was semi lethal concentration for seed germination. Seeds no longer germinated at 200 mmoL/L. [ Conclusion] Inhibitory effect of different salt treatments on germination of Teresa catarium seeds were: Na2CO3 〉 NaHCO3 〉 NaCI 〉 Na2SO4. The study can provide scientific reference for different kinds of salt stress adaptability and tolerance for Teresa catarium.
