摘要
北疆大型渠道渠底采用胶结砂砾石垫层摊铺机施工技术、渠道衬砌机衬砌混凝土技术、大型切割混凝土缝技术、封闭式膜下养护节水技术以及注胶机,实现了国内大型渠道工程最大化的机械化施工,提高了工程的建设管理水平,加快了建设进度,确保了工程质量,降低了工人体力劳动强度,节约了费用。本文对创新技术的施工组织设计及工效进行了经济分析。
These technologies are adopted for the bottom construction of large channel in Northern Xinjiang to realize the maximum mechanization construction of large channel project at home, which include the cemented sand and gravel stratum construction technology by using the spreading machine, the lining concrete technology by using the channel lining machine, the large cutting concrete joint technology, the water saving maintenance technology under closed membrane and the glue injecting machine. The application of these technologies could improve the project construction management, speed up the construction progress, ensure the project quality, reduce the physical strength of workers and save the cost. The paper carries out economic analysis for the construction organization design and work efficiency of the innovation technology.
