摘要
代谢综合征(MS)是中心型肥胖、高血糖、高血压及血脂异常聚集发病的一种临床综合征,严重影响着人类健康。运动可以改善脂肪因子的表达水平、促进骨骼肌的糖代谢和分泌功能、改善血管内皮细胞的损伤修复功能,从而有效预防和切实改善MS。本文以近期相关研究为基础,主要从运动形式、运动频率与持续时间、运动强度3个方面对MS的最适运动处方进行综述,并明确其进一步的研究方向,以期为MS的临床治疗和相关科研提供参考。
Metabolic syndrome (MS) is a group of clinical symptoms, including central obesity, high blood sugar, high blood pressure and dyslipidemia, which influenced human health seriously. Exercises can improve the expression level of adipoeytokines, promote the glucose metabolism and secretion function of skeletal muscles, and improve the repairing capacity of damages in vascular endothelium, so as to effectively prevent and improve the metabolic syndrome. Based on recent studies, this paper summarized the most proper exercise prescription for MS from the form of exercise, the frequency and duration of exercises,and intensity of exercises. Future direction was further clarified to provide reference for clinical treatment and relevant scientific research for MS.
