圆柱形压电振子减振器的设计与性能测试

摘要 利用压电材料俘获振动能量与电流变弹性体的电流变效应设计了一种圆柱型压电振子减振器,将其在压电发电、电场E=0和1 000V下进行减振实验测试,结果发现,在频率<50 Hz的低频率、低振幅下,d33模式下减振器在E=1 000V和压电供电时的减振效果比无电场时好。研究表明,减振器实现了自供能,可利用压电材料去电控调节电流变弹性体的阻尼。 Based on the enery harvesting of the piezoelectric material and the electrorheological effect of the electrorheological elastomers,a circular piezoelectric vibrator damper is designed and manufactured in this work.The damping experiment has been carried out in the piezoelectric electric field,no electric field and E=1 000 Velectric field.The results show that at the conditions of low-frequency amplitudes of50Hz,E=1 000 Vand being piezoelectric-powered,the damper in d33 mode has better damping effect than that of no electric field.This indicates that the damper has been self-powered,and the piezoelectric material can be used to electrically control and adjust the damping of the electrorheological elastomer.
