摘要 图书馆运行理念已从"以藏书为主"转变到"读者服务至上",为让广大读者了解图书馆新职能,探讨了如何运用新的模式和方法建立完善的图书馆宣传服务体系和公共关系。图书馆宣传体系包括与媒体深度合作、自媒体平台上的宣传以及图书馆自身活动开展推进的阵地宣传这几个方面,并在开展品牌活动、公益活动的过程中建立起良好的公共关系,形成自己的危机公关处理流程,做好志愿者管理工作以使更多人了解图书馆。 libraries work has transformed from the traditional mode, such as references collection and borrowing management to the newly digital and information one, and in order to help readers understand libraries ' new functions, this paper discusses how to adapt new ways to improve libraries' publicity service system and public relations management. The author proposes that the library's publicity system mainly includes in - depth cooperation with social media, promotion of we - media platforms, and campaigns of hbrar)es own activities; additionally, establishing good public profile during libraries' brand activities and benevolent activities, as well as implementing libraries' own crisis management and volunteer management systems.
