Study on New Development Trend of Library Based on the Analysis of Librarians' New Career Skills and Jobs

摘要 Library Journal刊发的11项未来图书馆员首要技能,及近期图书馆领域出现的5项新职位反映了未来图书馆职业技能、职业岗位的新转向,从中可分析出图书馆职业外向合作、创新变革、融合社区、知识管理的发展趋势,对国内外图书馆的未来规划、服务设计有着深刻的启迪意义。 Recent articles of Library Journal state top 11 skills for tomorrow＇ s librarians and 5 new jobs for librarians, which reflect the new transformation in library career, from which we could analyze the new trends for libraries jobs, for example, outwards collaboration, innovation and change, community engagement and knowledge management. Those trends are very meaningful for future libraries＇ strategic planning and service design.
